Description of the role
We’re looking for a Head of Social & Community to supercharge our brand presence, build loyal fandoms, and make our content impossible to scroll past. This is a high-impact, platform-native role for someone who knows how to blend storytelling, community, and performance across every social touchpoint.
You’ll own the end-to-end social and influencer strategy - from TikTok virality to DM engagement, from gifting unboxings to ROAS-optimised ads and build a powerhouse social presence that turns attention into advocacy and advocacy into growth.
Social Strategy & Execution
* Lead organic social strategy across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook — blending education, entertainment, and community.
* Build weekly social calendars that balance trends, launches, product stories and viral potential.
* Align content with launches, partnerships and culture — always staying relevant, never random.
* Launch and own TikTok Shop
Community Building
* Grow and nurture buzzing, loyal communities across platforms.
* Turn DMs, comments, and mentions into relationships - and followers into superfans.
* Launch community-first initiatives (polls, UGC features, fan of the week, surprise & delight moments).
Influencer & Gifting
* Own all creator activity: from influencer discovery to gifting, partnerships, and ROI tracking.
* Curate creative, generous gifting moments that drive buzz, content and relationships.
* Build long-term influencer love — not just one-time posts.
* Repurpose and amplify the best creator content to extend reach and build trust.
Content & Trends
* Lead ideation and direction of platform-native, trend-driven content - especially short-form video (TikTok, Reels, Shorts).
* Collaborate with the Creative Team to produce high-performing content at pace (memes, POVs, skits, product demos, etc).
* Keep your finger on the pulse of the algorithm, culture, and internet niches.
Paid Social
* Own paid social strategy across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
* Launch, optimise and scale paid campaigns to drive acquisition and retention.
* Align paid and organic - using influencer and UGC assets smartly to fuel performance.
Performance & Reporting
* Own social reporting across organic, paid, influencer and community.
* Track key KPIs (engagement, reach, ROAS, CAC, UGC submissions, influencer ROI, etc).
* Use insights to guide content strategy, creative direction and investment decisions.
* Share learnings across the team to fuel even smarter campaigns.
Who are we looking for?

* 5+ years experience in social, influencer or community marketing (DTC, consumer brand or Startup preferred)
* Deep knowledge of social platforms - especially TikTok and Instagram
* Proven success building and engaging communities online
* A track record of turning social content into real business results
* Strong understanding of paid social metrics and content performance
* Experience working cross-functionally with Creative, Brand, and CRM teams
* Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
* Creative thinker, digital native, always ready to jump on a trend
* Data-driven, performance-minded, and results obsessed
Salary: Up to £55 000
