An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Accounts Assistant to join a busy and supportive Accounts & finance team.
This role plays a key part in supporting the smooth running of the companys financial operations, including invoicing, debt management, expenses, payroll, and reporting.
Working 37.5 hours per week (8:30am - 4:30pm Monday - Friday) *on site role*
Key Responsibilities
* Process sales and vendor invoices
* Handle customer payments and maintain accurate records in the accounts package and CRM
* Maintain and update vendor and customer files
* Assist with month-end procedures and ensure compliance with financial policies
* Respond to customer queries and maintain strong customer relationships
* Provide administrative support to the wider finance team
About You
Were looking for someone who is organised, customer-focused, and enjoys working as part of a team. Youll be proficient in Excel, have excellent communication skills, and be comfortable prioritising tasks in a busy environment.
