This company operates in a highly regulated sector and is committed to maintaining the highest standards of customer integrity and legal compliance, particularly in relation to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations. This position is based in Bristol, with a preference for the successful candidate to be in the office 2-3 days per week. Your new role
In this pivotal role, you'll manage the customer onboarding and re-validation process, ensuring all clients meet the necessary AML and regulatory requirements. Reporting to the Compliance Manager, your responsibilities will include:
1. Guiding potential customers through compliance checks post-sign-up.
2. Reviewing and verifying customer documentation and information.
3. Communicating via email, phone, and video to resolve queries and chase outstanding details.
4. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
