The Role We’re looking for an organised and proactive Operations and Compliance Coordinator to join our close-knit team. You’ll work alongside our Head of Operations, helping to keep the wheels turning across multiple projects — from product development and compliance to sustainability and process improvement. It’s a varied role that would suit someone who’s ready to learn fast, get hands-on, and grow into a broader operations or procurement pathway. What You’ll Be Doing Coordinating daily operational activities and supporting key business projects. Assisting with product development processes — ensuring new products are operationally ready for launch. Managing product compliance testing and certification, maintaining our ISO, BSiF, and Health & Safety standards. Supporting company-wide sustainability and CSR initiatives. Handle ad-hoc procurement tasks and support logistics operations as they come up. Tracking performance data and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
