Description Location: UK (Hybrid) Department: Service Contracts / Inside Sales Employment Type: Full‑Time About the Role We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Account Representative to support Vertiv Infrastructure Limited’s service sales strategy. The role focuses on retaining and developing existing customer accounts while identifying opportunities to broaden Vertiv’s wider service portfolio. This position suits an organised, customer‑focused individual who enjoys building strong relationships and performing well in a fast‑paced environment. Key Responsibilities Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of customer accounts, responsible for the renewal of these customer accounts. Support the new contract business team with new customer opportunities when required. Build and maintain strong client relationships to maximize sales potential. Issue equipment Life Cycle Planners for customer accounts. Engage with customers via Microsoft Teams and occasional face‑to‑face meetings. Ensure financial and administrative account information is accurate, including correct contract loading. Identify and capture cross‑sell and upsell opportunities. Log and update sales opportunities in the CRM system on a weekly basis. Use Vertiv’s sales tools and follow established best practices. Collaborate effectively with colleagues across the wider sales organisation. Provide timely and professional responses to quotation requests. Support integration and cooperation across all Vertiv sales divisions. Produce accurate weekly and monthly order reports and forecasts. Proactively follow up with customers regarding outstanding quotations. Qualifications & Skills Occasional travel is required throughout the UK, including occasional overnight stays. Basic understanding of Vertiv’s solutions and services. Effective communication and people skills. Proficient with common business systems and tools. Confident engaging with customers and negotiating. Some Previous sales experience is preferred (Managers Discretion) Full UK driving license. Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise daily tasks effectively. Understanding customer account management is advantageous. Working Environment Office‑based role with a minimum requirement of two days per week onsite, unless otherwise agreed or meeting customers.
