To deliver a customer experience that matches this exceptional environment, we’re seeking a proactive and customer-focused Sales Centre Co-ordinator to join our team. The Opportunity This is a pivotal role where you will be the face of our brand at the Ed Square Property Information Centre. You will ensure the centre operates seamlessly, leading a high-performing team and delivering exceptional service to every visitor. Your contribution will be key to converting enquiries into qualified sales leads, driving customer satisfaction, and supporting our broader business goals. What you’ll do Coordinate the Sales Centre operations, managing the daily opening and closing of the centre and ensuring it is always fully staffed and presented to the highest standard. Champion the customer journey, handling all walk-ins, calls, and emails with professionalism and warmth to identify customer needs and connect them with the right Sales Consultant. Manage sales and customer data by accurately inputting and managing customer information, email leads, and surveys in our CRM system. What you’ll bring A current REINSW Agents Representative License is required. A minimum of 2 years' experience in property sales, such as land estates, new homes, or real estate. A true passion for delivering outstanding service and building lasting customer relationships. Proficiency with MS Office, CRM systems, and other digital communication tools. Strong interpersonal skills, a collaborative mindset, and a knack for problem-solving. Reliability and flexibility, with a willingness to work weekends as part of the roster.
