We’re looking for a Development Engineer to join our clients Technical team and help create advanced composite and polymer-based solutions for defence, marine, security, and automotive applications.
What You’ll Do
* Lead development projects from concept to production
* Create new materials, products, and processes
* Plan and run test programmes for validation
* Support business development with customer interactions
* Produce technical reports, proposals, and presentations
* Act as a key technical contact across teams and suppliers
What You’ll Bring
* Degree in Materials, Mechanical, Aerospace, Product Design, Composites, or similar
* 2+ years industry experience
* Strong technical writing skills
* Organised, detail-focused, and confident handling multiple projects
* Awareness of composite materials
* Manufacturing experience
* Eligible for Security Clearance
