We are seeking an ambitious Associate to join the European fund team, focused on healthcare and residential real estate. With a current portfolio spanning Germany and the Nordics and significant growth plans, this is an exceptional opportunity to play a key role in managing and expanding a high-profile European strategy within a broader platform.
Fluency in German is essential for this role, alongside strong English language skills. You will be engaging directly with German healthcare assets, travelling to facilities across Germany and Scandinavia, and working closely with colleagues in Europe and the UK.
Key Responsibilities
* Asset management and enhancement of healthcare and living assets across Europe.
* Building and maintaining investment models for new opportunities.
* Analysing transactions and portfolio performance, particularly across Germany and Sweden.
* Preparing presentations and investor reporting materials.
* Supporting fund growth through strategic initiatives and new investor engagement.
Your Profile
* 3–4 years of post-grad experience in investment management, real estate, healthcare, or social infrastructure, ideally with corporate finance or banking exposure.
* Fluent German speaker (business proficiency) and strong English (ideally native).
* Proven ability in financial modelling and analysis of European real estate or healthcare projects.
* Willingness to travel across Europe to assess facilities and opportunities.
* Commercially minded, detail-focused, and team-oriented.
