🚀 We’re growing fast and we’re looking for our next Client Success Manager to join our small but ambitious team in Knutsford.
At Harper Agency we’re not another generic lead‑gen agency. We’re a fully outsourced business development team that helps ambitious B2B companies book consistent, high quality sales meetings through properly executed cold email + LinkedIn outreach (done at scale, with AI tools, deliverability infrastructure, and zero heavy lifting for the client).
Our clients love us because we don’t just focus on leads, we become an extension of their sales team.
The role
This is a true end‑to‑end client success role with real variety. You will own the full client journey (onboarding → delivery → reviews → growth) while also creating content around their wins and helping drive our community mission.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Hosting the onboarding call, setting up info docs, creating sales messaging, and building & launching full campaigns (emails, portals & data)
* Managing ongoing campaign top‑ups, changes, spreadsheet clean‑ups and data refreshes
* Producing weekly internal reports (leads delivered - Email & LinkedIn, what’s at risk, data needed, next week’s plan, review cadence)
* Creating and sending professional bespoke monthly client report PDFs
* Booking & hosting the first review meeting + all ongoing monthly client reviews
* At‑risk client management, retention and growth conversations
* Creating content around client successes as they happen: case studies, testimonial videos, social posts sharing their wins
* Playing an active role in Harper’s community mission, organising and attending networking events, client lunches, run clubs, The Farm Club gatherings and making warm introductions between clients
* You’ll work hand‑in‑hand every day with our founders and our sales and marketing team in our Knutsford office. This is a hands‑on, office‑based role

You’ll be a great fit if you
* Have 2+ years in client success, account management or growth roles (agency, SaaS or marketing services experience is a big plus)
* Genuinely understand B2B marketing & sales (you don’t need to be a cold outreach expert, we’ll teach you our exact system, but you must be comfortable managing clients and being sales focused
* Love building strong relationships and being the trusted advisor clients rely on (hands on)
* Are proactive, organised, and comfortable wearing multiple hats in a small, fast‑moving team
* Enjoy creating content and telling stories (you’ll spot wins and turn them into case studies, videos and posts)
* Are excited by a small but rapidly growing company
* Live locally and want to be in the office every day in Knutsford
