Key Purpose: As Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management, leadership, and performance of a team of Engineers.
You will ensure all planned and reactive works are delivered safely, compliantly, on time, and within budget, while meeting contractual KPIs, SLAs, and PPM requirements.
The role also acts as the primary point of contact for clients, supporting heating, water, and mechanical services across live contracts.
