Operations Manager
Harkaye Core Talent is working exclusively with a leading firm to recruit an experienced Operations Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking and ambitious business, playing a pivotal role in managing and improving their operational processes.
The ideal candidate will be a strong project manager with excellent organisational and leadership skills. You will be responsible for streamlining workflows, implementing systems, and ensuring operational excellence across the business.
This is a hybrid role requiring three days a week in the London office, with flexibility to work from home for the remaining days.
The Role
As Operations Manager, you will:
* Lead and oversee all operational functions to support business goals and client needs.
* Manage workflows, timelines, and resources to ensure seamless delivery of projects.
* Oversee case management systems, introducing new tools and refining existing processes.
* Act as a key point of contact between leadership, internal teams, and external suppliers.
* Ensure compliance and manage risk registers, policies, and procedures.
* Oversee billing accuracy and support financial reporting.
* Provide operational support to senior stakeholders and assist with strategic planning.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal departments, including HR, Marketing, IT, and Finance.
About You
We are looking for a candidate who can demonstrate:
* Proven experience in an operational management position, ideally within a professional services environment.
* Strong project management skills with the ability to manage complex deadlines.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and case management systems.
* A solutions-focused mindset and the ability to work under pressure.
* High attention to detail, professionalism, and discretion.
* A proactive, motivated, and adaptable approach.
