An established and growing financial planning firm is seeking a professional and detail-oriented Paraplanner to join its collaborative team in Wakefield. You'll play a key role in supporting financial planners by producing high-quality reports and recommendations, conducting research, and ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities
* Draft comprehensive client reports, reviews, and suitability letters
* Carry out research, analysis, and obtain provider illustrations
* Collaborate closely with financial planners, administrators, and fellow paraplanners
* Maintain a thorough understanding of compliance processes and regulatory requirements
* Ensure all reports and advice meet internal quality and timeliness standards
* Keep up to date with industry knowledge and best practices
About You
* Experience in a paraplanning role
* Working towards the Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (Level 4) or already qualified; ambition to pursue Chartered status is encouraged
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
* Confident communicator and effective collaborator within a busy, professional team environment
* Capable of managing deadlines and working both independently and as part of a team
