We are seeking experience, compassionate and reliable female Carer/Healthcare Assistants/Support Workers to provide dedicated support for an 8-year-old boy with Cerebral Palsy. This role involves assisting with daily living activities, accessing the community, and providing consistent, person-centred care.
About the Role
The child requires support with:
* Feeding, bathing, and personal care
* Transfers, including moving safely from bed to wheelchair and within the wet room
* Mobility assistance (wheelchair user)
* Morning routines and escorting him to school (walking distance)
* Communication support – he is pre-speech and communicates using eye contact and visual cues
Shift pattern.
Mondays - Fridays 7am - 9am - 2hrs
Saturdays - 12pm - 5pm
