CUSTOMER DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Working across a broad range of clients, the focus will be on creating new business opportunities and relationships with the Deaf community.

Responsibilities
* To increase market knowledge using sector specific lead generation
* To engage with the Deaf community to increase awareness of services
* To generate and qualify leads, both self-sourced and from existing sales pipeline
* To develop new business opportunities and stimulate new markets
* To understand our complimentary services and be able to confidently make recommendations, and successfully scope out solutions for new and existing clients
* To provide presentations to new and existing clients
* To provide effective account management and retention of a growing portfolio of clients
Qualifications
Preferred skills/qualifications/experience
Market development experience within interpretation and translation industry
* Fluent in British Sign Language
* Good business and commercial acumen
* The ability to produce professional and pertinent proposals
* The ability to develop and nurture effective business relationships with prospects, clients and in-house colleagues
* Professional and effective negotiation skills
* Clear, engaging, and confident presentation skills
* The ability to manage a varied workload whilst meeting deadlines
* The drive to take responsibility and ownership for workload and performance
* Proficiency in all relevant IT packages
* A full driving licence is essential

Salary & Benefits
Salary dependant on experience range circa 30k - 35k, dependant on experience plus target related bonus
