Quality Compliance Coordinator (QC) – Pharmaceuticals
Role: Full-time, permanent
Working Hours: Monday – Friday (08:00-16:30)
The Role
We’re seeking a proactive and highly efficient QC Compliance Coordinator to provide administrative and secretarial support to our friendly quality department at our Barnstaple Manufacturing site. On a daily basis, you’ll undertake a range of administrative activities, including, scheduling meetings, taking minutes and coordination of the weekly ordering and stock take for the laboratory, helping to ensure the smooth running of the department.
Using our Quality systems, you will compile monthly and ad-hoc reports, reviewing QC data and presenting your findings to management and other key stakeholders. In addition, you’ll manage and update the Laboratory Investigation Report Database to ensure information is entered correctly and complete Product Quality Reviews keeping relevant documentation up to date and accurate.

The Person
* Previous experience working in a similar administration role, within a fast-moving environment
* Experience of data analysis and reporting / presentation of findings
* Exceptional administration skills, with excellent IT skills, confident across the Microsoft Office suite including Excel, Outlook and Word.
* Organised and with a meticulous eye for detail.
* Ability to react with speed and precision to changing business priorities.
* Well organised, you manage your own workload to meet deadlines and are flexible to adapt to changing priorities.
* With strong communication skills, you work well in teams and can navigate cultural differences with ease.
* GCSE level qualifications in English and Maths (Grade C or above) is essential for this role, however relevant experience would also be considered.
