Overview
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced user of the E Rostering system to join the team as a Support Officer. As a key member of the team you will assist in facilitating the delivery of the service by supporting all associated administration processes and be responsible for facilitating the planning and delivery of training and carry out administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of a full e-Rostering system.
Responsibilities
* Be an experienced user of the E Rostering system and join the team as a Support Officer.
* Support service delivery by managing administration processes; assist in planning and delivering training; carry out administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of a full e-Rostering system.
* Collect and analyse complex data including shift patterns and hours to develop, test, deploy and support end-user requirements, while appreciating that colleagues may be required to change working practices in order that benefits may be realised.
* Receive comprehensive system training and work across all teams providing support on all aspects of E Rostering functions, working closely with partners from IT, Finance, HR and Workforce, which will involve working at different sites within the organisation.
