The Role
We are seeking an experienced Hotel Operations Manager to support the General Manager in overseeing day-to-day hotel operations. You will ensure smooth coordination across all departments and maintain consistently high service standards.
This is a hands-on role with responsibility for guest experience, team leadership, and operational performance.
Key Responsibilities
1. Oversee daily hotel operations across all departments
2. Support Heads of Department and the General Manager
3. Ensure high standards of guest service and satisfaction
4. Handle guest complaints effectively and professionally
5. Drive revenue across F&B, spa, and accommodation
6. Manage budgets, payroll, and operational costs
7. Lead, train, and develop team members
8. Ensure compliance with health & safety and legal standards
9. Maintain property standards and coordinate maintenance
10. Support recruitment and staff development
About You
11. Experience in hotel operations or duty management
12. Strong leadership and communication skills
13. Calm, organised, and guest-focused under pressure
14. Financially aware with budget experience
15. Proactive, hands-on, and team-oriented
