Key Account Manager – Prestige On-Trade (London)

MacGregor Black is working closely with a number of premium and super-premium drinks businesses on upcoming hires within their London On-Trade teams.
As part of this, we are looking to engage with high-performing Key Account Managers and emerging KAM talent ahead of several planned hires across the market.
These roles typically focus on driving growth across Prestige venues and Independent Free Trade (IFT), working with premium spirits and beverage portfolios to build distribution, visibility, and long-term brand equity.
What These Roles Typically Involve
• Managing and developing key On-Trade accounts across London
• Driving listings, menu placements, and brand visibility
• Building strong relationships with leading venues, groups, and operators
• Delivering impactful activations and in-market presence
• Identifying new business opportunities and unlocking growth
• Working closely with internal teams to execute commercial strategy
What We’re Looking For
• Experience within London On-Trade, particularly Prestige and IFT
• Background in drinks sales, ideally spirits or premium beverage
• Strong network across venues, bartenders, and decision-makers
• Proven ability to drive growth and influence within the On-Trade
• Commercial mindset with a balance of brand-building and results
Salary & Benefits
• Base salary typically ranging up to £60,000 depending on experience
