Fantastic opportunity to move up to Trainee Product Sales Manager
This role offers fantastic opportunities to progress and develop into a Product Manager role working for a reputable and well-established company located in the Knutsford area.
Extremely generous quarterly bonus plus salary reviews to work towards.
Initially, you will learn about the company’s systems and procedures to become proficient in, for example, raising contracts for existing business partners. You will eventually become responsible for a range of clients and look after their needs from cradle to grave.
We are looking for candidates who want progression, who are hungry to grow and develop themselves within an established business. Experience-wise, we need candidates who have come from an Account Manager / Sales co-ordination background, who are personable with a confident outlook.
Key Responsibilities of the Role
* Managing all sales trading administration including CRM system, ensuring the smooth process between customer and suppliers contracts
* Processing sales orders for customers and tracking the process
* Providing quotations to the customers, processing orders new and existing and dealing with stock and invoicing
* Dealing with commodity prices, and exchange rates, profit margins, preparing new quotations
* Close collaboration with the suppliers, other sales teams, logistics, shipping and accounts departments to ensure the smooth running of the business.
* Following up on quotations and future business leads
* Generating interest and obtaining commitment from prospective customers to progress the business to the next step
Previous experience
* Experience within a fast-paced sales administration/account manager role, ideally internal sales, building relationships, processing orders and dealing with customers and suppliers
* Confident and motivated attitude
* Excellent numeracy skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
This role offers excellent progression into a Trainee Product Sales Management role, you will be working closely with the current Product Manager with a view to taking the role over.
