Position Summary The Manufacturing Process Coordinator is responsible for maintaining operational order, accuracy, and efficiency throughout the end-to-end manufacturing cycle. This role ensures that every production stage — from planning and material receipt to floor operations, quality inspection, and shipment — adheres to established priorities, timelines, and documentation standards. Acting as the central link between the office and the production floor, the Coordinator facilitates smooth workflow, monitors production schedules, and ensures alignment between planning and execution. While prioritizing customer orders. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and monitor the full manufacturing process flow to ensure timely and accurate execution of production plans. Maintain effective communication between planning, warehouse, production, quality, and logistics to prevent bottlenecks and delays. Review and interpret engineering drawings to ensure alignment with design specifications and customer requirements. Prioritize customer projects and communicate priorities clearly across manufacturing departments. Support daily production meetings and ensure adherence to established routes, procedures, and schedules. Oversee process documentation, ensuring accuracy within PDB systems and production routes. Collaborate with welding, machining, and assembly teams to maintain production quality and operational efficiency. Assist in programming coordination and ensure process consistency across all work centers. Support quality inspection activities and follow up on corrective actions when necessary. Promote and enforce safety, housekeeping, and compliance standards throughout the manufacturing area. Identify and support opportunities for process improvement, contributing to overall efficiency and quality enhancement. Qualifications & Experience Technical degree or equivalent experience in manufacturing, industrial engineering, or a related field. Knowledge of Fuller products and Cement products. Proven experience in a manufacturing or production coordination role. Strong understanding of welding and machining processes. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation. Familiarity with PDB systems, production routes, and programming coordination. Knowledge of quality control procedures and inspection processes. Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Oracle, D365, Atlas ERP systems. Core Competencies Process-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Effective communicator and team collaborator. High level of ownership, accountability, and initiative. Strong organizational discipline and ability to manage priorities under tight deadlines.
