Role Description
We are seeking a motivated E-commerce Growth Executive to join our team on-site at our Solihull location. As a full-time E-commerce Growth Executive, you will be responsible for managing e-commerce accounts, analyzing sales data, implementing strategies to drive revenue growth, and working collaboratively with the sales and management teams. Your role will also involve optimizing online presence, identifying opportunities for business expansion, and maintaining strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
* Strong Analytical Skills for market analysis, performance tracking, and data-driven decision-making
* Account Management experience to build and maintain customer relationships
* Team Management skills to effectively guide and support colleagues in achieving shared objectives
* Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
* Proficiency with e-commerce platforms, digital tools, and technologies
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant field is preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered
* Experience in the IT or e-commerce industry is a plus
