Salary: £28,000 – £30,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Working Hours: Fully office-based Monday to Friday
Responsibilities
* Provide 1st‑line support to customers by resolving queries related to the company’s products and services.
* Offer outstanding customer support via phone, email and live chat.
* Ensure all calls are logged accurately.
* Analyse data and respond accordingly.
* Be responsible for scheduling engineering service calls.
* Provide customer training on products.
* Monitor and report any issues as needed.
* Perform any additional tasks as required by management.
Candidate Profile
* Fluent in French (written and spoken) – essential.
* Experience in customer service or first‑line technical support – beneficial.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Customer‑focused with high attention to detail.
* Good IT skills.
