This position is office-based with an ASAP start date; interviews are currently being held.
DLBEC Ltd are an Electrical Contractor and Solar Renewable Company based in the Midlands, working nationally, who are looking to expand their footprint across the UK. Due to the rise in energy prices, DLBEC are targeting solar specific customers to advise them of best practice to maximise solar output by installing new equipment whilst reducing energy costs. The ideal candidate will be booking targeted customer appointments for the Field Sales Team to attend and advise and install any additional measures required. DLBEC handles the customer in full cycle form—from first point of contact to aftercare once installed. We are currently recruiting for an Appointment Maker. Career progression can be fast tracked for the right candidates.
Responsibilities
* Booking Appointments
* Responsible for the whole sales cycle from initial call to closing the sale
* Meet agreed sales and productivity targets
* Use campaign information to contact customers whilst managing the sales force CRM system ensuring all information is up to date and accurate
* Achieving monthly sales targets
* Identifying new business opportunities
* Understand regulatory, fair trading, competition, anti-corruption and bribery and security rules relating to the nature of the business
* Carrying out other duties as requested
* Reporting directly to the office manager
Experience / Qualifications
* Telesales experience (desired)
* Successful track record in sales (desired)
* Enthusiasm and driven to succeed with a consultative approach
* Ability to negotiate and close deals
* Good IT skills
* Recognise sales opportunities
* Experience using CRM systems
