Job Description - Housing Management Coordinator (26979)
Pay £14.06 per hour (£27,500 per annum) and great benefits including Health Cash Plan.
Permanent, full time (37.5hrs) Monday to Friday 9-5pm.
Location: Falmouth and Camborne.

As our Housing and Property Lead, you’ll focus on tenancy support for our customers, ensuring their homes are safe and well maintained. Providing a housing management service, you’ll support them to manage and maintain their tenancy and rent accounts with the aim of helping them move on to a secure, long‑term accommodation!
What you’ll do
* Ensure customers’ properties are safe and well maintained, engaging and involving them in their tenancies.
* Help customers with housing benefit claims, ensuring these are received on their rent account.
* Issue and sign warning letters and notices where necessary, potentially attending court.
* Turn around vacant or void rooms/bed spaces/properties within set timescales to maximise occupancy.
* Maintain health and safety compliance and uphold maintenance standards.
Requirements
* Experience in managing a housing caseload and handling landlord and housing management duties.
* Know‑how of re‑letting rooms or units, collecting rents, and taking formal tenancy action when needed.
* Ability to take on a lead role within the team, offering guidance and support to colleagues.
* Ability to work on own initiative, positively influencing people from diverse backgrounds.
* “Can do” positive attitude – proactive, well‑organised, and self‑motivated.
* Confidence working collaboratively with colleagues in other parts of the business and with external partners.
* Ability to use technology for creating and updating support plans, making benefit claims, and handling tenancy sign‑ups.
* Must have a vehicle insured for business purposes (we’ll pay your mileage).
* Enhanced DBS check (paid by employer).
Work Schedule & Location
Monday to Friday 9-5pm. Flexible working hours available or we can agree a suitable pattern. Based at our service in Falmouth; you’ll travel around properties in the Falmouth and Camborne area.
