Working with a highly accomplished engineering department in this wide and varied role responsibilities will include: * Leading and managing engineering projects, to achieve the Company’s goals * Understanding the capabilities of all manufacturing plant procedures and processes within the Company * Ensuring that all equipment is designed to perform safely, reliably and effectively within the boundaries of current applicable legislation and standards * Ensuring, in consultation with Production Management, that all equipment is designed to enable efficient production and transport techniques * Keeping informed of current and changing trends in the markets * Maintaining links with advisory, experimental and industry bodies * Keeping informed of all current and proposed legislation which will or may affect current or proposed products * Re-designing existing products as...
