The Role We’re looking for a talented Video Editor with a strong focus on paid advertising to join the TentBox creative team. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of our mission to make outdoor adventure accessible to everyone, creating ads that capture attention, inspire our audience, and bring even more people into the TentBox community. You’ll work across multiple platforms, from Meta to TikTok and YouTube, ensuring that every piece of content not only looks amazing but performs exceptionally. You’ll be immersed in trends, constantly spotting new formats, hooks, and techniques that can take our paid social campaigns to the next level. Reporting into our Head of Content, you’ll collaborate closely with strategists, analysts, and other creatives to make sure our campaigns are fresh, engaging, and high-performing. You’ll play a central role in shaping the visual voice of TentBox online, turning ideas and briefs into compelling stories that drive real business results. This is a role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment, loves experimenting with creative formats, and takes pride in producing polished, high-quality work that connects with audiences and drives measurable growth. Key Responsibilities Brand Growth: Play a key role in scaling the TentBox brand through high-impact, conversion-led creative campaigns. Video Editing: Own the full editing process, turning loose briefs into engaging, high-performing paid social videos. Production Cycle: Contribute across ideation, editing, and final delivery of content for paid channels. Creative Testing: Test, iterate, and learn alongside the wider team to continuously improve performance. Concept Development: Pitch new ideas, hooks, and editing techniques based on trends, performance, and intuition. Creative Excellence: Produce high-quality edits, exploring new creative routes and adapting content into multiple formats and ratios. Workflow Discipline: Follow established workflows, file structures, and naming conventions to ensure smooth collaboration and version control. Multi-Format Assets: Create videos, feed posts, stories, GIFs, and animations for paid social across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and more. Performance Optimisation: Use organic and paid performance data to refine, optimise, and scale creative output. Ideal Candidate Paid Social Expertise: Proven experience editing high-performing paid social ads, particularly on Meta, TikTok, and short-form video platforms. Platform Native: Deep understanding of what works on Reels, Shorts, and TikTok — with strong instincts for native formats, hooks, and pacing. Performance Mindset: Commercially minded, comfortable using data, testing frameworks, and performance insights to improve creative output. Storytelling Craft: Strong instincts for narrative, emotional impact, and attention retention. Speed & Quality: Able to move fast without compromising on creative excellence. Ownership Mentality: Proactive self-starter who thrives on loose briefs and taking ideas from concept to delivery. Workflow Discipline: Highly organised with clean, repeatable workflows and strong version control. Collaboration Skills: Strong communicator who works well across creative, growth, and performance teams. Experience Level: 2 years of video editing or content creation experience, ideally in paid social or performance marketing environments. Technical Skills : Advanced in Premiere Pro / After Effects / DaVinci Resolve / CapCut or similar tools. Videography experienced is strongly preferred and the ability to pilot a drone/ and or create motion graphics would be a bonus.
