Overview
Transformation Engineer. Umbrella Rate: A GBP 31.57/hr (Inside IR35).
What You Will Do
* Facilitate transformation workstreams focused on Digital Innovation, People, Customer Love, Process Excellence, Sustainability, and Cost Efficiency to deliver measurable outcomes.
* Manage the end-to-end delivery of transformation projects, including scoping, planning, implementation, and closure.
* Develop detailed project plans, schedules, RAID logs, risk mitigations, and resource requirements.
* Govern and report on project performance, aligning with PMO standards and tracking value delivery such as cost savings and efficiency gains.
* Support the introduction and deployment of innovative technologies and processes within final assembly operations.
* Utilise tools like Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Jira, and Lucid to ensure structured oversight, transparent communication, and data-driven decision-making.
What You Will Bring
* A strong background in manufacturing engineering, ideally within final assembly operations.
* Experience navigating complex transformation landscapes.
* Proven project management skills, including planning, RAID management, budget management and governance.
* Experience working within PMO frameworks such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
* Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
* Strategic mindset coupled with a proactive, problem-solving approach and hands-on execution.
