This is a key leadership role, offering the opportunity to shape commercial strategy, influence senior decision-making, and drive profitability across a dynamic and growing business.
As a Supply Chain Manager within the business, you will:
1. ProvideLeadership, Management, and Accountability (LMA)for the Supply Chain and Commercial teams
2. Coordinate cross-functional teams including Procurement, Sales, Marketing, Costing, and New Product Development (NPD) to deliver competitive and innovative proposals
3. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform long-term supply chain and commercial strategy
4. Lead and develop teams across Procurement, Inventory, Costing, Technical, and NPD
5. Define and implement supply chain strategies that optimise cost, quality, and service
6. Act as the supply chain lead in cross-functional and senior stakeholder meetings
