The Role:
As Training Coordinator, you are a mentor who helps to shape the future careers across the network of Personal Trainers as they progress along an industry-leading career path and develop into Personal Trainers, Master Trainers, Managers, and Franchise Partners.
Your work focus will be varied in this dynamic business, with key aspects including:
1. Co-ordinate the delivery of high-quality, accredited education through engaging workshops both online and face-to-face.
2. Review assessments and provide guidance to Personal Trainers throughout their learning journey.
3. Collaborate with RTOs to develop meaningful partnerships that result in securing talent for the network.
4. Promote the learning ‘Academy’ platform ‘Vision Academy’ and career path opportunities internally to increase uptake.
5. Create ongoing program content, and all updates to existing materials.
6. Manage IT projects which enhance the recruiting and onboarding of trainers.
Your Experience:
You’ll have a background in the health & fitness sector, preferably as a Personal Trainer or similar. You will be able to work both independently and collaboratively, be naturally curious, and have a desire to improve systems and processes.
It would be ideal if your qualifications included a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment, and/or a Certificate III or IV in Fitness.
