Now, we're looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Executive (Interim) to join our growing team and help us deliver our Digital First Enablement Plan.
You’ll support the digital team by creating engaging, high-performing landing pages and helping deliver campaigns across key digital channels — all while contributing to the shift toward in-house digital capability.
Job Requirements
What You’ll Bring
Essential:
* Proven experience building HubSpot landing pages from scratch.
* Strong working knowledge of CMS and digital marketing workflows.
* 3+ years in digital marketing support roles across SEO, PPC, or similar.
* Excellent copywriting skills with a focus on clarity and conversion.
* Proactive, organised, and confident in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
* Background in education, SaaS or EdTech sectors.
* Certifications in SEO, HubSpot, Google Ads, GA4 or Looker Studio.
* Experience with tools like SEMrush, Hotjar, Google Tag Manager.
Job Responsibilities
What You’ll Be Doing
* HubSpot & Web Build: Independently build and optimise HubSpot landing and campaign pages for performance and responsiveness.
* Web Content Writing: Write compelling, conversion-focused copy for web pages, ads, and campaign emails.
* Channel Execution: Support SEO, PPC, and paid social campaigns — including setup, reporting, and collaboration with external partners.
* SEO Tasks: Conduct keyword research and perform basic on-page SEO improvements.
* Analytics & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance using HubSpot, Google Analytics, and other key tools.
* Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with content, CRO, campaigns and design teams to align and execute campaigns effectively.
* Continuous Learning: Stay informed on the latest digital trends, tools and best practices.
