Property Manager requirements:
9. Previous experience within Residential Lettings or Property Management
10. Excellent communication and customer service skills
11. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads
12. A positive and proactive attitude
13. The ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
14. A problem-solving mindset with a “can do” approach
15. IT proficiency and confidence using internal systems
16. A full UK driving licence
As a Property Manager, your key responsibilities:
17. Managing a portfolio of residential properties
18. Handling maintenance queries from tenants via phone and email
19. Liaising with landlords and providing regular updates
20. Coordinating contractors and arranging access for repairs and quotations
21. Ensuring maintenance issues are resolved promptly and efficiently
22. Managing compliance and safety checks including gas, electrical, EPCs, smoke alarms, and other statutory requirements
23. Keeping internal systems and property records fully updated
24. Reviewing property visit reports, check-outs, and deposit releases
25. Working closely with internal teams and local branches
26. Supporting with landlord payments and accounts administration where required
27. Delivering exceptional customer service to landlords and tenants at all times
