We are looking for an individual who will use their skills to excels in leasing, customer service and team management. Role: Resident Services Manager Hours: Monday to Friday Location: Leeds Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 Bonus Overview of the role: Team Leadership and Mentorship of all on onsite personnel Provide first class Customer Service & Resident Engagement Ensure a high level of Leasing Performance Asset Performance Management Who we are searching for: An individual with previous management experience in a residential property or hospitality role e.g. experience in the Hospitality, BtR, PRS or PBSA sectors Experience and understanding of Lettings, in an agency or BTR based role Customer service experience, including negotiation skills, complaints handling and dealing with difficult situations An innovative and dynamic approach to identifying issues and mitigating those risks in a cost effective and efficient manner IRPM/ARLA Qualification - must be willing to undertake training and complete qualification within first 6 months of employment if not held Excellent customer relations skills, a sense of humour and plenty of energy and enthusiasm and attention to detail Must be pro-active and able to use initiative to enhance the development reputation and make the community the very best available Highly organised team player and a good communicator, with the ability to prioritise effectively Keen to develop surrounding team with a desire to grow into a more senior management role Dynamic approach to problem solving, well organised and ability to work well under pressure Be a positive advocate for change, highlighting and implementing business improvement initiatives If this sounds like a role you want to know more about then please apply with your CV to find out more
