Foster creativity and self-expression while supporting emotional development. Work collaboratively with a dedicated team to implement restorative practices. Contribute to a positive, reflective learning environment. Ideal Candidate: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Experience working with SEMH students or in a special school setting (desirable). Strong classroom management skills with a restorative approach.
