From handling calls and live chats to assisting with finance applications and practice recalls, you\'ll play a vital role in keeping our operations running smoothly and ensuring patients receive the best possible experience.

What you\'ll do
* Answer Support Office calls, live chat, and new patients enquiries (Invisalign, Implants, Cosmetic Dentistry, etc.) via our CRM system - including bookings and follow ups.
* Manage overflow reception calls from practices.
* Speak with patients about treatment plans and support with finance applications.
* Handle clinician referrals and ensure smooth communication between patients and clinicians.
* Support with practice recalls and reminders.
* Liaise with phone providers to manage diversions and practice voicements.
* Maintain and update trackers, reporting as required.
* Monitoring of the groups central email inbox.
* Identify and implement improvements to enhance patient experience.
* Ensure GDPR compliance at all times when handling patient data.
* Work closely with patient support and wider team to meet KPIs and OKRs.
* Support internal communication to ensure smooth collaboration across teams.
* Carry out other reasonable tasks as requested by your line manager.

* Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
Desirable
* Experience in the dental sector.
