We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Customer Success Manager to join our dynamic team.
Role:
As a Customer Success Manager you will be responsible for enhancing customer relationships by giving comprehensive product demonstrations, identifying upselling opportunities, and coordinating with the sales team to drive revenue growth.
Note: The candidate must be based in the UK or EU and work in the US East time zone from 14:00 GMT to 22:00 GMT.
Responsibilities:
* Provide Demos & Product Expertise: Conduct engaging product demonstrations tailored to the client's needs as a Product Expert, showcasing the value and features of our products and services.
* Onboarding: Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and understanding of our products and services.
* Running POCs (Proof of Concepts): Lead and manage proof of concept projects for clients, demonstrating how our solutions can fulfil the client's specific requirements.
* Upselling: Identify opportunities for upselling within your portfolio, and present additional products or features that align with client objectives.
* Business Reviews: Lead regular reviews with clients to discuss progress, goals, and strategies, adapting as needed to meet evolving needs.
* Coordinate with the Sales Team: Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop strategies and ensure alignment in achieving targets and providing seamless customer service.
* Build and Maintain Relationships: Foster and grow relationships with clients, understand their unique requirements, and ensure they derive maximum value from our offerings.
* Provide Support: Offer continuous high-level support to clients, addressing any concerns or questions and gathering feedback to inform improvements.
Requirements:
* 1 to 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in Customer Success.
* Familiarity with fundamental coding and development concepts is a must.
* Strong presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly.
* Demonstrated ability to identify and execute upselling opportunities.
* Collaborative team player with strong coordination and interpersonal skills.
