Job Title: Enrolment Officer
Location: West Yorkshire
Type: Temporary - Full-time
Salary: 12.75 - 13.75 per hour
Eden Brown are looking for a Temporary Enrolment Officer to support during the busy enrolment period at a leading further education college.
This is a temporary position to start the 18th August for 2 weeks.
What You'll Do:
Assist with student enrolment processes both online and in-person
Provide information and support to prospective students and their families
Process applications and ensure accurate data entry into enrolment systems
Liaise with academic departments and administrative staff to confirm course placements
Help with general office duties during peak periods
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in administration, admissions, or student services
Strong communication and customer service skills
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines
Comfortable using student record systems and Microsoft Office
A friendly, professional attitude and a team player
A DBS is also required for this role.
