Position: Room Leader | Full Time | 40 hours per week
Salary: £29,244 per annum

Your Role as Room Leader:
As a Room Leader, you will:
* Provide stimulating and purposeful experiences, environments, and resources for children.
* Support the holistic development of children—physically, intellectually, socially, and emotionally.
* Lead by example, promoting respect and credibility in your role.
* Implement an effective key person approach to help children form secure attachments.
* Ensure the safety and wellbeing of every child, staff member, parent, and visitor at all times.
* Understand and meet the requirements of the statutory framework for the EYFS.
What We’re Looking For:
To thrive in this role, you will need:
*
Full and relevant Level 3 in Childcare qualification: Essential
*
Over 1 year of experience working in Early Years: Essential
*
Over 6 months of experience in a senior position: Desirable
*
Fluency in written and spoken English: Essential
