About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Room Leader / Senior Nursery Practitioner to join a high-quality early years setting in Witney. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a leadership role, supporting both children’s development and the growth of your team.
You will work closely with senior management to ensure excellent standards of care, learning, and compliance are consistently delivered.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support a team within your designated room
Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities
Ensure a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for all children
Monitor children’s progress and support their development
Maintain high standards of safeguarding and regulatory compliance
Promote teamwork, motivation, and professional development within the team

Full and relevant Early Years / Childcare qualification
