Job Introduction
Location: Brunswick Training Camp, Pirbright, Surrey, GU24 0QQ
Contract Type: Permanent / Full Time
Salary: £32663.75 - £37,688.96 (DOE)
Shifts run between: 08:00 - 16:00 from Monday to Friday

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Team Supervisor to join our dynamic Facilities Management team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong leadership skills, and is passionate about delivering high standards across a diverse and essential service.
Role Responsibilities
As a Team Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our facilities services. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Supervising team members to ensure efficient performance and service delivery.
* Motivating, mentoring, and guiding team members to meet and exceed performance goals.
* Fostering a positive, collaborative working environment through clear communication of objectives.
* Monitoring and ensuring timely completion of both Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and Reactive Maintenance tasks in line with compliance standards.
* Managing accommodation and camp facilities allocation through the Bookings Management System.
* Maintaining accurate records and ensuring effective control of resources and equipment.
Essential Knowledge
* Strong understanding of Health & Safety regulations
* Familiarity with COSHH (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health)
Essential Skills & Qualifications
* Proficiency in IT systems and tools
* Good level of English and Maths
* Exceptional attention to detail
* Proven ability to prioritise tasks in a busy environment
* Proven ability to carry out a supervisory role
* Capable of planning workloads effectively
* Accurate record keeping skills
* Valid UK Driving Licence (due to remote location and travel)
Desirable Experience
* Experience using a Bookings Management System or similar software
* Health & Safety qualification (IOSH Managing Safely)

About The Company
Landmarc provides the support services that enable Armed Forces from around the world to prepare for frontline military operations across the UK Defence Training Estate (DTE).
