Bar Manager – National Theatre, Theatre, Bars & Cafes (Full‑Time/ Permanent)

Responsibilities
* Lead the delivery of bar and café operations, ensuring quality service across high‑volume performances and events.
* Collaborate with the venue team to plan staffing, production, and mixology scheduling.
* Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and inventory management.
* Support front‑of‑house team during peak periods and train staff on customer service protocols.
Qualifications
* Experience in hospitality operations, including bar management or coffee service in fast‑paced environments.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
