Job Description: SST Marketing is looking for a motivated Charity Fundraiser Manager to lead our team at Bristol Airport. This indoor role ensures you work in the comfort of the airport, free from door-to-door or street fundraising. In a fun, upbeat environment. The ideal candidate will manage a team of fundraisers, ensuring targets are met, and driving the success of our fundraising initiatives.
Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage a team of fundraisers

Requirements:
* Confident with excellent face-to-face communication skills
* Proven experience in charity fundraising and team management
* Strong leadership, self-motivated, determined, and ambitious
* Flexibility with working hours
* Driving license preferred but not essential
* Excellent English and right to work in the UK
* ID required (passport preferred)
