About the role:
The role involves various duties, including:
* Planning team rotas and supporting the Deputy and Home Manager in meetings and appointments.
* Being flexible, reliable, and adaptable to support young people's positive choices and colleagues' development.
* Working on a rota basis, including sleep-ins depending on the home's size.
* Meeting OFSTED regulations to meet the needs of children and young people.
Qualifications/Experience/Requirements:
* Assist the Registered Manager and Deputy Manager with implementing the Statement of Purpose.
* Experience leading a team in residential care.
* NVQ level 3 qualification or equivalent.
* Receive supervision per Quality Standards and pursue personal development.
* Perform tasks as directed by management.
* Deputise in the absence of managers.
* Full UK driving license required due to role location and nature.
