In this role you will report into the Group Strategy Director (London), and you will:

Be competent in desk research and data analysis – using information to unlock consumer / market / category insight and trends
Be able to shape presentations – using clear story-telling and narrative
Be able to work with the creative team to shape creative expression based on an understanding of visual codes and cues
Be the voice of strategy in internal meetings and client presentations
Pro-actively strengthen the team, contributing to studio inspiration and new business opportunities
Be happy to participate in internal and external workshops – with either experience in moderation or a desire to develop that skill
Be curious to learn more about Marks’ approach to building culture-fuelled brands
Be happy to work independently, but also as a part of a team
You will be:
Experienced in an agency role – with ideally 5-7 years’ experience
Able to think creatively and analytically, with strong attention to detail
A confident presenter – to both clients and internal audiences
A self-starter – able to work independently and as part of a team
Fluent in English – both written and spoken
Able to deliver work in MS Office and Keynote
A graduate with a 2:1 (or equivalent) degree
Able to talk knowledgeably about different research methodologies and help shape the right approach for testing work
You will enjoy an excellent base salary, along with the other benefits of working for Marks including:
~25 days annual leave
~ Pension
~ Healthcare scheme
~ Life Assurance
