Location: Peterborough/Flexible across the Anglian Water region
@one Alliance a ground-breaking collaboration between Anglian Water and seven industry-leading partners: Balfour Beatty, Barhale, Binnies, MMB, MWH Treatment, Skanska and SWECO. Together, we deliver over half of Anglian Water's capital investment programme.

We're looking for a Health, Safety & Wellbeing Facilitator to help us streamline training, facilitate learning, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, all while engaging with our teams to promote continuous development.
What you'll be doing
As a Health, Safety & Wellbeing Advisor, you'll
* Develop and deliver engaging SHEQ training programmes, both online and in-person.
* Coordinate training logistics and collaborate with stakeholders to create impactful learning experiences.
* Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, using feedback to continuously improve our learning and development efforts.
* Support the implementation of SHEQ strategies and improvement plans across the organisation.
* Provide training on health, safety, and wellbeing to ensure a safe working environment for all.
* Track learner outcomes, performance metrics, and progress against SHEQ goals.
* Collaborate with line managers and partners to identify and address skills gaps.
* Assist in designing personalised learning paths for employees, ensuring alignment with career development and organisational objectives.
* Foster a culture of continuous learning, encouraging staff participation in skill-building activities.
Who we're looking for
What you'll bring:
* Experience in delivering training (classroom or online), ideally in SHEQ-related topics.
* Strong communication skills - you'll be comfortable liaising with a variety of stakeholders and delivering training with confidence.
* Proficiency in MS Office and online platforms such as Teams.
* Knowledge of health, safety, and wellbeing practices, and a commitment to promoting a safe and compliant work environment.
* Organisational skills to manage multiple projects and ensure smooth execution of training programmes.
* A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and people development.
