4. Diagnose and repair mechanical faults efficiently to minimise downtime.
5. Collaborate with the engineering team to implement preventative maintenance schedules.
6. Ensure compliance with health and safety standards during all maintenance activities.
7. Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work carried out.
8. Support continuous improvement initiatives within the engineering department.
9. Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment.
10. Provide technical support and guidance to other team members as needed.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Mechanical Maintenance Engineer should have:
