Salary: £6,500 - 63,500 per year Requirements: We are looking for a recent graduate, or someone expecting to graduate, in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Mathematics, or a related discipline. We want someone with a genuine interest in how systems support business operations. We need strong analytical and problem-solving skills. We value excellent attention to detail. We are looking for clear communication and teamwork skills. We want someone eager to learn and develop in a fast-paced environment. Exposure to testing through university, placements, or projects is preferred but not essential. A basic understanding of software testing or data systems is preferred but not essential. Exposure to using Excel or analytical tools is preferred. You must have the right to work in the UK. You must be able to work onsite 4 days per week and from home 1 day per week. You must live within 60 minutes of our office in Raunds, Northamptonshire or our site in Howden, East Riding of Yorkshire. Responsibilities: We support the testing of business systems and digital platforms. We create and execute test scenarios to validate new functionality. We run regression tests to ensure changes do not impact existing systems. We log and track defects, and re-test fixes. We help maintain test scripts, tools, and documentation. We work closely with developers, testers, and wider IT teams. We gain exposure to functional, automation, and performance testing. We develop core testing skills across enterprise and digital business systems, as well as integrated systems.
