Hours: 24 hours per week (Flexible - typically Monday - Sunday, subject to change based on activities)

We are looking for an experienced Support Worker to join our ever-growing team, to provide high-quality, person-centred care and support for a service user with cerebral palsy, registered deaf and blind, requiring full assistance with personal care, community access, and sensory activities.
If youre spontaneous, reliable and have a great sense of humour this is the role for you. Working for New Horizons Care you will be working in a welcoming, supportive and friendly environment you will be providing assistance with everyday living tasks and ensuring she is involved with day to day activities to empower her to live her life to the fullest, as well as your understanding of the principles of dignity and respect, will be key in following routines, carrying out set care plans, and recording and monitoring changes in behaviour. Full support and training will be provided.
This vacancy is part time and is for a 24 hour template from 11AM 11AM (We would be open to negotiate which day(s) of the week for the right candidate however you would need to commit to a template of at least one set day per week) and be available to cover holidays and sickness within the team

As a Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the independence of our clients.
