Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Banbury branch, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
* Drive sales and business development by identifying new opportunities and securing client partnerships.
* Lead, manage, and mentor a team of recruiters.
* Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both clients and candidates.
* Ensure full compliance with legal and industry regulations.
Requirements
* Proven experience in recruitment, sales or customer services.
* Strong leadership skills.
* Demonstrated success in sales and business development.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
* A full UK driving licence.
