At the world renowned Glenfiddich Distillery, we are recruiting for a Sous Chef to assist our Head Chef in delivering exceptional food. You will also supervise service and operations where delegated, including public outlets, special events and large catering, private dining and VIP housing provisions.
As a Sous Chef, you will support the Head Chef in delivering excellence across all visitor centre operations, ensure the highest standards in service and food quality within your own output, and supervise and develop other chefs. You will contribute to the creative design and implementation of new dishes, menus and services.
We are looking for someone with previous experience as a Sous Chef or Senior CDP C in a busy, high‑quality catering establishment. You must be able to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining an eye for detail, staying calm, and supporting others. Passion for continual improvement and the ability to identify opportunities are essential. You should have a clear understanding of food safety systems, documentation and legislation, and possess an Intermediate Food Hygiene Certificate.
