Key Responsibilities: As a key member of the LGC Standards IT Team, you will be: Collaborating closely with the Senior Project Manager and the eCommerce team to capture and analyze business needs for assigned projects. Assessing the business impact of requirements and detailing the As-Is and To-Be processes for each project. Identifying measurable advantages for each project and guaranteeing they align with the strategic objectives of the eCommerce roadmap. Coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and addressing issues to ensure project requirements are met flawlessly. Building positive relationships with key business team members to ensure effective collaboration. Delivering against the agreed project work and key achievements, contributing to improved project delivery within the team. Engaging effectively across all teams within LGC IT and Standards business units.
